| WED ART CONSCIENCE DETAILS: [LINK] Painting exhibit which addresses three current global issues: endangered species, world hunger, and the protection of rainforests. The paintings seek to inform and inspire, helping us to see the possibilities for positive change while asking us to properly value the precious resources we have. A significant portion of proceeds for paintings sold will be donated to organizations that are working to address these issues. Specifically, the endangered species series will serve to help the World Wildlife Fund, the pastoral series will be used to support Heifer.org (providing starving families with ways to lift themselves out of hunger and poverty, globally), and a series highlighting our local Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy treasures will benefit protection of old growth forests. |
